Flight information was finally updated and I found out that they landed safely in Bangkok at 6:52. The bad news is that their connecting flight to Sydney was supposed to take off at 6:55. I haven't heard from them. Updates to come.
Hi Rachelle, don't worry too much, a similar thing happened to my mother-in-law and they actually held the connecting flight for her and made sure she got off the delayed flight before anyone else... Hopefully they'll make it :-)
