It was all dampness and determination this afternoon as Jubal's soccer team, Coastal Christian, earned the right to play in the Championship Game in Augusta after soundly defeating their aggressive opponents 5-1. While we, the fans, admired a beautiful rainbow that appeared at the half, Jubal told me later that our CCS Rams associated the rainbow with the hopes of the black garbed Vineyard, and gladly watched the colorful symbol fade away as the second half began. As the game concluded, the patient skies opened with a downpour to accompany the defeated back to Lewiston.
